Personnel Action Form Using Nintex

Client’s Requirements:

• Create a Nintex form which will store personal information for every employee.
• When user select multiple account type, it should display the related fields of each account type based on personal type.
• When user select existing and select Email or Laptop Change in the account type, Email group information (EmailGroup field lookup) should be display.

Our Solution:

• Created a Form using Nintex form where user can fill up the necessary data.
• There are so many hide/show functions for each of account type and for multiple account type.
• When user selects Email or Laptop change then we use a hide function to display the Email group field data.
