Customer Requirements:

The customer was keen on embracing newer technologies for digital transformation and looking to customize its current CRM sales process. The goal was to create quotes, get approvals from the managers, and send it out to customers all in a single place. Previously all these different pieces were done in different UI and through emails which made it super stressful for the customer to get an understanding of their opportunities and leads. With Binyak Infotech team, the customer succeeded in creating a Quote App using PowerApps and Flow technologies.

Our Solution:

Our PowerApps team modernized and rationalized the quoting process for the customer sales team by creating PowerApps solution for end-to-end quoting. With the help of this new quoting app, the sales team was able to search products and customers directly from CRM or add them to CRM. It also involved a process to generate PDF quotes with product manuals and send them through email to the end buyers all under a single umbrella from their mobile or tablet. It also facilitated the approval process, enabling customers to approve the quotes internally before sending them out to the end customers. In case of lazy approvals, approvers can view the details directly in email and approve or reject right away without having to login to CRM system. All modifications, approval, and other things for these quotes were evaluated and tracked to allow for insights into the opportunities and leads created by these quotes.

Output:

The new quoting PowerApps streamed the quoting process, thereby enabling customer sales team to manage the quoting process all under one umbrella.

Supported by automated workflows, the new app made it easy for the sales team to serve the end customers so that they could enjoy an improved and enriched customer experience.
